CHEF DE PARTIE - Full time £.18K per year

We are now searching for a Chef de Partie to join our small team of chefs at our Bistro. 

We are looking for someone with a keen interest and good knowledge of food and food’s trends. The ideal candidate needs to be able to offer support to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, has to be very organised and tidy with maximum standard of food hygiene, capable of running any section of the kitchen with very little or no supervision, a good communicator with a great personality (if you are a primadonna, please join the queue outside one of our competitors) and a hands on chef with exceptional attention to detail and the passion to go the extra mile. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. 

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering required.
