To celebrate "Independent Booksellers' Week", Jardine Cafe' and Bistro has teamed up with Wivenhoe Bookshop for "BookMatch", an evening of Speed Book Talking.

Following the format of Speed Dating, you will be given seven minutes slots to talk about your favourite book of all time to a different person. What is the book about? Why is it your favourite book? Why should the other person read it?

Wivenhoe Bookshop will have a stall inside the restaurant for anyone craving a book on the night!

Our "BookMatch" evening will comprise a buffet dinner and a glass of wine on arrival for £12.95.
